Pick the simplest thing you can think of that would make a difference for the better in your life. Now do that once a day, every day. Repeat for the next three months.
Having no idea what you may have chosen, I am guessing that you will fail at least once. Consistency is hard. Damn hard. My docs have recommended that I take a fish oil supplement every day. One stupid capsule, and I fail to do it a lot more often than I succeed.
Now I have a Google sheet with a box I have to check every single day when I take my capsule. I started April 1. I will not be a success until I check the box on June 30, 91 days later.
All this for an action that takes me in between 6 and 9 seconds to complete. (Yes, I timed it).
I am just hoping that some consistency in small things will lead to consistency in bigger and better things. This is just where I start.
